The Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Assistant Technician to join PoloWorks. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accurate information within set benchmarks and in accordance with agreed procedures. This role involves analysing technical data, calculating transactions, and contributing to team success through personal development and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Process Underwriting information and technical transaction in accordance with Service Level Agreements and client specific procedure manuals.

Analyse technical data and calculate transactions.

Commit to own personal development.

Key Performance Indicators

Ability to meet benchmark targets set.

Ability to meet quality standards set.

Demonstrates flexibility and contributes to the team’s ability to adhere to SLAs.

Achieve, maintain, and develop own competence.

Experience & Skills

Ability to interpret documentation and check understanding with team members for classes of business they are receiving training for.

Knowledge and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grades A to C, including Mathematics and English Language

Willingness to study for the CII qualification.

Basic understanding of market practices and regulations
